Changing the development plan
I underestimated the challenge...
In this post I explained my development plan for the enhanced version of Battleground Cleanup, and only a few days later I have now decided to change it. The main reason for this is that I realized that this plan was almost impossible for me to follow, having 2 weeks in total and going to work for 8 hours everyday just isn't working.
So I came up with a new plan, that will change some, and keep some aspects of the initial plan.
My new development plan:
- The 2 week time limit is completely gone, but I still plan to release the game much faster than Devil's Arcade.
- Instead of updating you on the progress every 2 days, I'll update you every week instead, mainly because I realized that 2 days are just not enough to produce any real content worth mentioning.
- Suggestions in form of comments under the weekly progress reports will still be taken into consideration for future updates after the game is released.
I hope that you understand why I did this, I quickly realized that the initial plan just isn't realistic at all.
