Minor changes & fixes

Hello again! It's been about a month since the release of Battleground Cleanup Enhanced.

This update is addressing some minor problems I've noticed after the release, it is also the very first update of any game I've done, that doesn't reset the save files.

Bug/Problem fixes:

• Fixed bug where the "swatter" tool didn't work when corpses or blood are underneath the flies
• Fixed glitch where the loading-icon was halfway out of the screen

 Changes:

• Increased spawn chance of viewer easter-egg
