Update Version 2.0.0!

A working base for more content

Fixes:

• Fixed bug where soul lost a big chunk of health instantly
• Fixed bug that some event modifiers wouldn't properly stack
• Fixed issue where enemies would spawn in a straight line

Additions:

• Pause menu (Activated by pressing the "P" key)
• The soul healthbar now has a text on it, to make it more clear
• A custom cursor has now been added
• There are now 3 new wave modes available (Short - 5 waves, Long - 15 waves and Endless)
• Added 4 new event types (Player bullet size/speed & Ally bullet size/speed)
• Added a simple walk effect for the player to make it more obvious where the player is
• Added "wobble" effects for more texts (including dialogue)
• Added more SFX and music
• Added the statistics-panel
• Also updated the how to play and credits screen
