The environments are nice and detailed, must say it was a tad dark and some tree were too close to each other at the bottom. Also the controls are a bit confusing in the beginning, especially when you're noob-panicking. Like the boom effect against the ghosts! Btw, when you die during ingredient hunt to cure ur cat, the ghosts wont come back after respawning (bug?) Was all in all very fun to play!

I personally can't take credit for the art (my friend designed everything ^^). The gameplay was one of my responsibilities and I agree that it has major problems, the balancing being one of them. The ghosts not spawning after dying once, is definetly a bug which I'll fix (eventually) ;)
All in all, I've been thinking about ways to remake the game with a new concept, to replace the "find 3 objects on the map" part of the game play with something better suited for the story and setting of the game. Just having trouble coming up with something atm.
I don’t think the „find 3 objects“ quest is particularly bad. You could add tasks you have to do to open temple x which contains one of the ingredients. The tasks could be a puzzle for example.
I like the idea. Noted.
