SFX, VFX and long term player motivation

Hey and welcome back to the next progress report for the enhanced version of Battleground Cleanup!

It's been a very productive week for me, as you may have seen, I released another game! It's a small horror experience I made for Halloween, check it out here.

As you read in the header, I added lots of sound and visual effects to the game! Most of the tool SFX have been brought over from the jam version, while the new "swatter" tool got a completely new sound. Smell and flies have also been added to the game, the flies being the cleanable object for the swatter.

I have also been thinking about long term player motivation, as in my opinion a solely enhanced version of the current game is not enough to keep players interested for a while. 

In the following screenshot you can see a new shop and currency I introduced to the game! The "sparkles" as I named them can be earned by cleaning waves. The current shop or overview screen is just a prototype, so it's gonna improve a lot over development.
